SCSU Softball Wins Two on Day Two of Spring Games

Clermont, Florida – The St. Cloud State softball team returned to action yesterday at the 2015 National Training Center Spring Games in Clermont, Florida. The Huskies took on Lock Haven University, defeating the Eagles 6-0. SCSU defeated West Liberty 5-3.
The Huskies improve to 7-7 overall.

Taylor Thomas (Fontana, Calif.) finished with one run, one hit, and two rbi's.
Alyssa Coletto (Aurora, Ill.) recorded a team-high eight put outs. Coletto had one hit and one rbi.
The Huskies finished with 30 at bats, ten hits, and five rbi's.
St. Cloud State pitcher Kelly Franks (Stevens Point, Wis.) threw a no-hitter for the Huskies. Franks struck out nine batters and walked two.
