QUOTABLES
St. Cloud State Head Coach Berit Merrill
"We had rain delays and had to convert the singles matches to eight-game pro sets for the sake of time and other matches coming on after us at the USTA National Campus. We also started the match with singles which is an adjustment from our typical format. The team handled the hurdles thrown at them well today, with two rain delays along with match format changes. They did not let these obstacles affect their match performance. A great win for the team today."
UP NEXT
Next, the Huskies continue their Florida road trip with a match against Southern Indiana on Wednesday, March 9.
