Personal: Kothe travels to St. Cloud State from Cottage Grove, Minnesota where she played prep soccer for East Ridge High School and Minnesota Thunder Academy. A three-year letter winner in soccer, Kothe led Minnesota Thunder to back-to-back-to-back State Cup titles, listing it as the greatest sports accomplishment of her career. Off the pitch, Kothe was an honor roll student and member of National Honors Society, and lists singing, participating in church activities, hiking, and skiing as her favorite off-day activities.
