2012-13: Howk scored a 16-2 record in 2012-13 with an impressive nine pins...placed 3rd in the 2012 Cobber open...placed 2nd at the 2012 Husky Open...a team captain for 2013-14.

2011-12: Recorded a 22-16 overall record during his redshirt freshman season at 149 and 157 pounds…wet 12-9 in duals, while finishing second on the team with 16 pins…finished in third place at the Finn Grineker Open (11/9/11).

2010-11: Howk scored a solid 15-9 record, with 10 of those coming by a pin in 2010-11...placed fifth at the Auggie and North Country Opens in 2010-11.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Blue Springs H.S., where he wrestled for Coach Mike Hegarty...three-time All-State award winner...All-Conference wrestler at Blue Springs...won a state title during his senior season in high school...three-time Academic All-State...earned letter in football.
