2015-16: Â 10-6 record with four falls at 285-pounds...placed third at the Dragon Open and second at North Country Open in 2015-16.
2014-15: Â A redshirt at SCSU...as an unattached wrestler, charted a 23-1 record with 12 falls...gained first place finishes at RCTC, Cobber, Dragon, RCC, Worthington and North Country Open (285) in 2014-15.
Before SCSU: A Downers Grove South High School graduate and Westmont, IL resident, Hobbs-Perrone finished fifth at the 2014 3A IHSA State Championships after going 38-6 on the season...he is a two-time double All-American at the prestigious Junior National Championships....in 2013, he finished seventh in Greco Roman and eighth in Freestyle....in 2014, Hobbs-Perrone finished fifth in Greco Roman and sixth in Freestyle respectfully at the Junior National Championships in Fargo, North Dakota. Â
Personal: He is the son of Tisa Grant.
