Huskies Hosts Augustana and Wayne State This Weekend

Huskies will honor four seniors for Senior Day on Sunday
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Women's Soccer returns home for a pair of conference matchups this weekend, as the Huskies host Augustana on Friday, Oct. 22 and Wayne State on Sunday, Oct. 24. Sunday's matchup against the Wildcats will serve as Senior Day, as St. Cloud State will honor Arianna Del Moral (Brooklyn Park, Minn.), Nicole Friis (Appleton, Wis.), Cassidy Lehrke (Ostego, Minn.) and Claire Shea (Excelsior, Minn.).
Friday's game against Augustana is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. CT, while Sunday's game against Wayne State will kick off at 1 p.m. CT at Husky Stadium. Both games will be broadcast on the NSIC Network.
St. Cloud State will be looking to bounce back after back-to-back setbacks this past weekend, falling to Minnesota State Mankato, 1-0, on Oct. 15 and 2-1 to Concordia St. Paul, 2-1 on Oct. 17. A pair of Huskies seniors, Friis and Shea, are joined by Karlie Valdez (West Haven, Utah) for the team-lead in goals scored this season with three.
